  • Manage creative team (writer, designer) and all creative contractors and agencies

  • Grew Carta’s Table Stakes initiative promoting fair equity compensation for underrepresented minorities from a single data study to a full-scale integrated marketing campaign including:

    • Created new visual brand and led design & production of a new website and all creative assets

    • Co-authored the study, working closely with data science and content teams

    • Forged partnerships with VCs, founders, and nonprofits to review and promote the study

    • Planned and executed a 400-person keynote event with 15 speakers

    • Established the study’s distribution strategy (social, billboard media & creative, email)

    • Continue to promote study through partnerships and speaking engagements

  • Working closely with the CEO, spearheaded development of Carta’s first brand attributes, brand messaging framework, and brand guidelines
